HopSkipDrive is seeking a Vice President of Legal to shape the future of our legal function and serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team.

• Serve as a key legal advisor to the executive leadership team.

Requirements

• 15+ years of legal experience, preferably in high-growth companies.
• Juris Doctorate and active bar membership in a U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong experience in commercial contracts and compliance.
• Proven ability to oversee compliance programs.
• Strong management skills and experience mentoring legal teams.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity with strong judgment.
• Preference for candidates located in Los Angeles or Chicago.
