  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and resolve issues.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Expertise in analyzing data and implementing solutions.
  • Experience in team collaboration.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or Kustomer.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset.
