Requirements

  • In-depth understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes.
  • Experience with AI and automation in service improvement.
  • Proven release management experience.
  • Background in ISO 20000/ISO 27001 accredited organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure cloud computing.
  • Experience in SIAM service models.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Service Management tools, preferably ServiceNow.
