Overview

This role involves supporting HR and recruitment activities, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and employees within a fixed-term contract.

In Short

  • Fixed term contract for 6 months with potential for extension.
  • Support the People Services team with HR administration and recruitment.
  • Manage shared People & Talent inboxes and respond to queries.
  • Prepare HR documentation and maintain employee records.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist with recruitment campaigns and candidate communications.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and manage interview bookings.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and organizational policies.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Other duties as assigned by the line manager.
