People & Talent Coordinator - Fixed-Term Contract - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a People & Talent Coordinator to join on a 6–12 month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career, ideally with some recruitment coordination experience, who’s ready to expand into broader People Operations.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end interview scheduling for a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain and update candidate and employee data in ATS and HRIS.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance candidate experience.
• Prepare basic recruitment and HR reports.
• Collaborate closely with the VP of People and external recruiting teams.
• Proactive mindset, eager to learn, and passionate about HR.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Discreet with confidential information.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration.
• Experience in a fast-moving or start-up environment is a plus.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Ashby or HiBob.
