Overview

The Talent Coordinator will play a crucial role in attracting top talent to Ro, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while collaborating closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers.

In Short

  • Manage interview and conference room calendars effectively.
  • Coordinate full-cycle communication for candidates during the interview process.
  • Engage candidates with timely updates to enhance their interview experience.
  • Post and update job roles in the Applicant Tracking System (Lever).
  • Ensure smooth onsite interviews by managing candidate travel and room setups.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects for the Talent Team as needed.
  • Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to scale teams.
  • Provide exceptional experiences for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adapt to changing situations with resourcefulness and initiative.
  • Contribute to a patient-centric healthcare mission.

Requirements

  • Experience with heavy calendaring for multiple individuals or teams.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite preferred.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of candidates effectively.
  • Interest in a career in Talent Acquisition.
  • Process-driven and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Passionate about candidate experience and Ro’s mission.
  • Empathetic towards candidates during the interview process.
  • Experience with Lever or another ATS.
