As a Talent Coordinator at WellPower, you will play a crucial role in the recruiting team, ensuring a smooth hiring process and transforming lives through meaningful hiring experiences.

In Short

Be the operational backbone of the recruiting team.
Manage job postings and interview scheduling.
Respond to candidate and hiring manager inquiries.
Maintain data integrity across ATS and HR systems.
Coordinate interviews and recruiting events.
Assist with reports and recruiting metrics.
Enhance the talent brand and candidate experience.
Partner with People Operations for onboarding.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in recruiting or HR support.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Proactive mindset with the ability to manage priorities.
