Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Talent Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing talent communications, updating time-tracking records, maintaining recruitment documentation, and coordinating interviews. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely while supporting a dynamic UK-based company.

In Short

  • Monitor and respond to talent messages on WhatsApp.
  • Flag urgent messages to the General Manager via Slack.
  • Track and report any talent absences.
  • Review time-tracking reports for proper record-keeping.
  • Manage user access in the system weekly.
  • Download and organise CVs from recruitment platforms.
  • Enhance CVs to align with job descriptions.
  • Schedule talent interviews through the recruitment system.
  • Track interview progress and update stages.
  • Send automated interview reminders.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Ability to manage and update digital tools and databases.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and own laptop.
