• Draft engaging job adverts and recruitment campaigns to attract high-quality candidates.
• Format CVs/resumes to meet client standards and assist in pre-screening candidates as required.
• Proactively communicate with the team about potential candidates and make suggestions to improve sourcing efforts.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, preferably with exposure to the Australian job market.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with recruitment software and technology tools.
• Access to modern hardware (laptop/PC) and a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
• Ability to work Australian hours (Queensland time zone).
