As we expand, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience is crucial to attracting top talent. We need someone organized, proactive, and passionate about supporting recruitment operations.

In Short

• Organize and manage interview schedules for candidates.
• Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS.
• Assist in managing internal recruitment processes.
• Assist in the preparation of job offers.
• Support the collection and organization of required documentation from candidates.
• Coordinate with the Payroll team for onboarding new hires.
• Act as a point of contact with recruitment vendors and external agencies.
