Overview

As a Contract Coordinator at Solventum, you will play a key role in managing the bidding process and ensuring compliance with contract requirements while collaborating with various teams to enhance customer engagement.

• Lead end-to-end coordination of the bidding process.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 2-3 years of experience in administrative or paralegal roles.
• Knowledge of contracting theories and practices.
• Experience with Salesforce and Apttus.
• Proficiency in Word, Adobe, Docusign, and Excel.
• Ability to ensure accuracy and compliance in document preparation.
• Experience working with Sales for process approvals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
