Appraisal Contract Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Appraisal Contract Coordinator reviews, analyzes, evaluates, and renders risk-based processing and reporting to reduce operating losses and maintain maximum protection of the organization's assets and services.

In Short

• Coordinate appraisal assignments and manage appraisal orders.
• Act as a liaison between appraisers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and manage risk/exposure and compliance.
• Analyze trends in risk data and escalate developments.
• Review identified risks and recommend resolutions.
• Assist in processing risk assessments and identifying risks.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of risk principles and policies.
• 3-5 years of experience in Finance or Banking preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong quantitative capabilities and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build internal relationships.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
