Samsara is looking for a Contract Recruiting Coordinator based in Canada to join our global Recruiting Operations team and manage all aspects of the interview process. This is a 6 month opportunity.
In Short
Manage an effective coordination process for candidates and hiring managers.
Schedule interviews through our ATS and utilize additional tools for scheduling.
Compile interview packets and gather feedback from interviewers.
Arrange pre-screening and face-to-face interview logistics.
Assist recruiters with tracking candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support administrative and operational projects for the Recruiting Operations team.

Requirements
At least 6 months of scheduling and calendar management experience.
Experience as an HR Coordinator or Recruiting Coordinator.
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Administrative experience for manager or executive-level individuals.
English fluency for communication with team members and candidates.
