Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in an IT role.
  • Experience with Okta and Google Workspace is required.
  • At least 2 years of Tier II escalation support experience.
  • Must reside in Canada.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field is preferred.
  • Technical Certification is a plus.
