In Short

  • Entry-level position in IT support team.
  • Provide first-line technical assistance to end users.
  • Resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Support day-to-day IT operations.
  • Respond to customer requests via Help Desk Tickets, phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve LAN hardware and software problems.
  • Install and maintain computer hardware and software.
  • Travel to offsite locations for installations and troubleshooting.
  • Provide remote and onsite technical support.
  • Collaborate with third-party service providers.

Requirements

  • Experience in IT support and customer service.
  • Knowledge of Revenue Management Systems and Point of Sale software.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Experience with VMWare, Active Directory, and Microsoft Windows Server preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with network administration and disaster recovery.
  • Willingness to travel to offsite locations.
  • Knowledge of LAN, WAN, and DNS.
  • Experience with G Suites products.
