Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent education preferred.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in mailing or printing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience with Windows operating systems; Linux/Unix experience preferred.
  • Ability to work on a rotating schedule M-F 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor in customer interactions.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and database management.
