The Technical Support Specialist I will assist customers with technical inquiries related to accounting software, ensuring prompt and professional communication while troubleshooting and resolving issues.

  • Demonstrated troubleshooting skills and teamwork.
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new software.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and software preferred.
