Overview

The Technical Support Specialist at Experian will provide remote technical support to clients, ensuring efficient resolution of cases through various communication channels.

In Short

  • Provide remote technical support for Experian clients via Salesforce, email, chat, and phone.
  • Achieve first-time resolution for client cases through analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to address complex technical issues.
  • Participate in the design and testing phases of new projects.
  • Document customer interactions and troubleshooting steps.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles.
  • Stay updated on product features and industry trends.
  • Handle additional tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Desktop Support or IT-related support.
  • 1 year of experience in a contact center environment.
  • BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Windows Server/Linux environments, CLI, FTP, XML, JSON, and Active Directory.
  • English Level B2 proficiency.
