Overview

As a Technical Support Specialist at PocketHealth, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the healthcare experience by providing technical support and resolving escalations from patients and providers in a high-volume production environment.

  • Engage with over 2 million patients for better healthcare outcomes.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience with databases (MySQL, NoSQL, MSSQL).
  • Experience in diagnosing and resolving software/hardware issues.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Education or passion for technology.
  • Experience with Windows OS, Linux, or macOS is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of PACS / RIS / EMR systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with DICOM or HL7 standards is helpful.
  • Experience in Network or Systems administration is an asset.
  • Ability to document processes effectively.
  • Experience with performance metrics is important.
