Patient Experience Representative - Remote

Overview

As part of the PocketHealth team, you will enable hospitals and clinics across North America to empower over 2 million patients to discover a better healthcare experience.

In Short

• Provide empathetic and timely support for patients.
• Work Monday to Friday, 9-5 EST.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written.
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in customer service.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience or passion for healthcare is a plus.
• Technical support experience is an asset.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• 2-3 years in a customer service role.
