Patient Experience Representative - Remote

Overview

As part of the PocketHealth team, you will enable hospitals and clinics across North America to empower over 2 million patients to discover a better healthcare experience.

In Short

• Support patients in their care journey through a patient-centric platform.
• Provide empathetic and timely customer support.
• Work Monday to Friday from 12-8pm EST.
• Communicate effectively with patients via phone and email.
• Juggle multiple tasks with outstanding organizational skills.
• Assist in shaping the future of the PocketHealth platform based on patient feedback.

• Experience in healthcare is a plus but not mandatory.
• Technical support experience is considered an asset.
• Spanish or French communication skills are a bonus.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years in a customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and self-motivate.
• Resourceful and flexible with a problem-solving mindset.
• Empathetic and skilled at teaching users with varying technical proficiency.
