Schweiger Dermatology Group is seeking a full-time Patient Representative to provide excellent customer service and support to patients in a remote role.

• Full-time remote position
• Handle incoming phone calls and scheduling tasks

• Triaging visit reasons and confirming insurance
• Document notes within patient charts

• Experience in a medical environment preferred

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Excellent patient relations skills
• Computer savvy with Microsoft Office
• Professional communication skills
• Reliable internet service for remote work
• Available to work weekends on a rotating schedule
• Experience with EMR software preferred
• Prior experience in dermatology preferred
