Overview

Anova Care, a provider of home care and home health services, is looking for several Patient Services Representatives to act as the point of contact by greeting patients in person and over the phone. This is an entry level position.

In Short

  • Answers the telephone promptly and courteously.
  • Makes and assists in making initial and return appointments.
  • Registers patients and generates required paperwork.
  • Calls patients to remind them of their scheduled visit.
  • Collects co-pays.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a medical setting.
  • Able to read and communicate in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Self-starter with personal initiative.
