Client Service Representative - Remote

Overview

As a Client Service Representative at DTCC, you will handle client queries and ensure timely resolution while collaborating with various internal teams to enhance client experience.

In Short

• Handle incoming client calls and queries via web portal and emails.
• Analyze, track, and communicate updates to clients.
• Prioritize and follow procedures for critical service disruptions.
• Monitor and respond to clients in a timely manner.
• Coordinate client notifications regarding system downtimes.
• Participate in team meetings and suggest process improvements.
• Engage in knowledge database improvement using KCS.
• Represent Client Service team in Major Incident Management.
• Lead project implementation and support internal testing.
• Align risk and control processes in daily responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Ability to create accurate documentation with attention to detail.
• Excellent decision-making skills in high-volume environments.
