Enterprise Resiliency Office Executive Director - Remote

Overview

This role is responsible for ensuring the organization’s ability to withstand and rapidly recover from incidents and disruptions. It involves developing and implementing comprehensive risk management strategies to fortify the firm’s operational resilience, safeguarding critical processes, technology, assets, products, and services, to enhance stakeholder trust and confidence.

In Short

• Develop enterprise resilience strategies through identification and analysis of business operating models.
• Drive operational resilience efforts across the enterprise.
• Manage disruption planning and recovery objectives.
• Oversee the maintenance and testing of operational response capabilities.
• Support the Head of ERO to oversee the Enterprise Resilience Council.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and Regulatory Relations.
• Maintain relationships with cross-functional business leaders.
• Act as a collaborator on time-sensitive external communications.
• Lead and develop ERO team members across regions.
• Participate in industry seminars and trainings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of related experience in Product, Operations, or Risk Management.
• Relevant Master’s degree or certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing operational resilience in a complex organization.
• Knowledge of financial services market practices.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
