Overview

As part of the DTCC Client Support team, the Client Service Manager (CSM) is an individual contributor role that works directly with assigned clients to understand issues and provide detailed solutions and service strategies.

In Short

  • Identify and lead client relationships with key contacts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Client Support squads.
  • Analyze and present client queries related to DTCC Product functionalities.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review open issues.
  • Provide feedback in cross-functional project team meetings.
  • Collaborate with regional and distributed team members.
  • Implement solutions based on client feedback.
  • Lead communication of changes due to regulatory activity.
  • Establish a client service satisfactory methodology.
  • Ensure adherence to procedures and critical time frames.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
  • Experienced in Customer Service Skills and relationship management.
  • Excellent decision-making skills.
  • Ability to identify processing risks.
  • Knowledge in Global Trade Repository.
