Overview

We’re looking for an Enterprise Client Executive to work with Doktortakvimi’s rapidly expanding network of hospitals, building strong business relationships by engaging directly with their management teams.

In Short

• Building long-term business relationships with corporate clients
• Periodically visiting corporate clients to enhance customer loyalty
• Being aware of client needs and providing high-quality service by offering effective solutions
• Managing renewal and upsell processes

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Corporate Customer Service.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Enjoy working with Excel and reports.
• Confidence in planning and organizational skills.
• Strong communication, empathy, and persuasion skills.
• Previous sales experience.
• A creative, energetic, and results-oriented work style.
• Open to business travel
