Overview

The Client Executive is responsible for servicing accounts, anticipating client needs, and building lasting relationships to retain and grow the business.

In Short

  • Act as an extension of the producer in servicing accounts.
  • Retain 100% of accounts and grow the book of business.
  • Onboard accounts and create service timelines.
  • Negotiate with carriers and handle renewals.
  • Provide risk advice and coverage recommendations.
  • Conduct claims reviews and audits.
  • Maintain required licensing and continuing education.
  • Utilize Microsoft products for various tasks.
  • Work independently and in a team environment.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial insurance experience.
  • Valid Indiana Property & Casualty License.
  • Advanced insurance designation preferred (AAI or CIC).
  • Strong customer service skills and risk assessment abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathy, proactivity, and resourcefulness.
