Overview

The Senior Pharmacy Benefit Consultant will lead strategic client relationships and develop customized drug management solutions to enhance financial and clinical value.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working with corporate executives.
• Ability to develop and implement pharmacy programs.
• Strong skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy required; MBA or PharmD preferred.
• Business development experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
