Certificate Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Certificate Analyst position at EPIC Brokers supports Account Managers with a primary focus on client relations.

In Short

• Service clients' daily account needs
• Create certificates of insurance for offices throughout the U.S.
• Review contracts for insurance requirements
• Request and complete various insurance notices and forms
• Develop productive business relationships with clients
• Assist with special projects, renewals, and client requests
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Ability to work from 10 AM to 6 PM

• Strong analytical skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Working knowledge of insurance terms
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-3 years' experience in the insurance industry
