EPIC Certified Report Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and EPIC Certified Report Analyst with Resolute, Clarity, or Cognito, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with EPIC Resolute, particularly in revenue cycle management reporting, and will play a critical role in providing valuable insights to our clinical and financial teams.

In Short

• Design, develop, and maintain custom reports in EPIC Resolute.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting requirements.
• Extract, analyze, and present data for strategic decision-making.
• Use EPIC Clarity and Reporting Workbench for reporting.
• Perform testing and validation of reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve report issues.
• Provide training and guidance on report usage.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Monitor system performance related to report generation.
• Support audits and financial reviews with accurate reporting.

Requirements

• EPIC Reporting Certification; preferably Resolute, Clarity, or Cognito.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with EPIC Resolute.
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management.
• Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation.
• Experience with healthcare data.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
