In Short

• Daily monitoring and control of gamification elements operation;
• Adjustment and calibration of game mechanics parameters under the guidance of senior specialists;
• Collection and systematization of data on player behavior within gamification activities;
• Prepare regular reports on the status and effectiveness of gamification elements;
• Conducting basic analysis of the collected data and forming optimization proposals;
• Participate in A/B testing of new mechanics under the guidance of senior specialists;
• Maintaining up-to-date documentation on game mechanics and scenarios;
• Helping to integrate new gamification elements into existing products;
• Regularly studying trends in the gamification industry and preparing reviews for the team.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of the principles of gamification and user motivation;
• Proficiency in Excel and basic skills in analytical tools;
• Attention to detail and ability to work meticulously with data;
• Basic skills in preparing presentations and reports;
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from senior professionals;
• Experience with analytics systems (e.g. Google Analytics);
• Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles;
• Familiarity with the basics of project management;
• Interest in the online gambling or cryptocurrency industry.
