• Oversee and manage the VIP department (CIS markets)

Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Proven track record of building teams from scratch
• Deep expertise in CIS markets
• Gaming industry background (betting is a plus!)
• Fluency in Russian/Ukrainian, English B2+
• Strong understanding of Gaming metrics & VIP player management
