We are looking for an initiative and driven head of the recruitment department to join our fully remote team, helping professionals and companies find each other across borders.

• Ensure continuous recruitment process from sourcing to closing vacancies.
• Plan departmental tasks according to the department's development strategy.
• Control the achievement of planned indicators for departments and the entire department.
• Manage operational processes and resolve incidents.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of departmental work.
• Identify bottlenecks in current processes and expand them.
• Assess available resources needed for each task and timely provide teams with these resources.
• Describe recruitment business processes in human-readable regulations and implement them in work.
