Overview

The Senior Pharmacy Consultant will provide consulting services on all aspects of Pharmacy Benefits for our National Pharmacy Team supporting employer clients, serving as a key point of contact for clients and internal teammates.

In Short

  • Client-facing role providing pharmacy consulting services.
  • Manage financial and tactical aspects of procurement processes.
  • Develop client presentations and reporting.
  • Support PBM implementations and benefit changes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for client support.
  • Mentor and serve as a subject matter expert to the Client Engagement team.
  • Utilize proprietary financial analytic tools and Excel for analysis.
  • Assist with contract reviews and negotiations.
  • Manage client relationships to ensure retention and revenue.
  • Travel may be required (up to 10% of time).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or similar discipline.
  • 5 years of experience in Pharmacy Benefit consulting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and form strong relationships.
  • Experience with clinical strategy development preferred.
  • Knowledge of Pharmacy and Medical data.
  • Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools preferred.
