Brown & Brown is seeking a Producer to join our growing team, responsible for soliciting, negotiating, and selling insurance according to client needs.

In Short

  • Find, develop, propose, and bind new business.
  • Renew existing clients every year.
  • Cross-sell corporate client’s insurance policies.
  • Assist office staff in collecting required coverage information.
  • Collect necessary deposit and renewal premiums.
  • Obtain a 220 Insurance License within 90 days of employment.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred).
  • Prior Sales Experience (Preferred).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Skills in negotiation and client management.
  • Proficiency in insurance products and services.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
