PMO Supervisor - Remote

Overview

The PMO Supervisor is responsible for PMO recruitment, onboarding new teammates, and leading new hires and contractor resources, while also supporting PMO projects.

In Short

• Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for PMO.
• Support PMO projects 50% of the time.
• Collaborate with PMO Leaders to enhance onboarding.
• Conduct orientation sessions for new hires.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and coordinate interviews.
• Design onboarding programs to engage new teammates.
• Track and report on hiring and onboarding metrics.
• Coach and mentor new hires during their onboarding period.
• Ensure a smooth Day One experience for new hires.
• Evaluate performance and provide feedback to PMO Leaders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Project Management experience.
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or PMP.
• Preferred Lean/Six Sigma Certifications.
• Preferred Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Product Owner (CSPO).
• 3-5 years of insurance industry experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to build relationships and grow talent.
• Forward-thinking and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to track project progress and report status effectively.
