Overview

The Entry-Level Insurance Professional will play a key role in expanding our current operation by helping to build customer relationships and supporting our sales initiatives.

In Short

  • Conduct outbound calls to retail agents to drive new opportunities.
  • Convert leads to submissions and turn quotes into binding orders.
  • Participate in USLI’s 50/50 Sales training program.
  • Educate customers on quoting platforms and services.
  • Establish and maintain rapport with retail agents.
  • Weekly reporting of sales calls and results.
  • Assist underwriters to place business.
  • Resolve agent issues as they arise.
  • Pursue a path of personal and professional development.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional phone presence.
  • Self-motivated and independent with excellent time management.
  • Team-oriented with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Open to feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
