Overview

The Business Analyst for Client Engagement will leverage data analytics to enhance pharmacy claims experiences, providing insights to drive informed decision-making for clients.

In Short

• Analyze PBM pricing proposals, contracts, and claims datasets.
• Maintain and update Excel savings forecast models.
• Estimate and model PBM rebate performance.
• Develop pharmacy budget forecasts using historical claims data.
• Collaborate with senior consultants for client-facing presentations.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses on formulary changes and trend drivers.
• Stay informed on PBM industry trends and pricing dynamics.
• Manage multiple projects with quick turnaround times.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
• Excellent communication skills for client collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in healthcare consulting or data analytics.
• Experience with pharmaceutical or healthcare data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment.
• Strong sense of project ownership and management skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-directed with a drive to learn new technologies.
• Experience with project tracking tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with PBM pricing structures is a plus.
