Overview

The Associate Director, Enterprise will focus on driving new business and developing the go-to-market strategy for the DACH region at Deel, a leader in international payroll and compliance.

• Develop and execute sales strategy in DACH to engage clients and new business prospects.

Requirements

• 10+ years in sales, business development, or tech operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Understanding of HR and FinTech sales.
• Strong strategy, research, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of building business relationships in DACH.
