Field Marketing Manager - Dutch Speaking - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Field Marketing Manager to support Deel's growth across DACH & Benelux. This role involves owning the full lifecycle of Deel's field marketing programs, primarily events and webinars, treating each activation as an integrated campaign with clear pipeline objectives.

• Own the strategy and execution of field marketing programs.
• Define target audiences and manage pre-event demand generation.
• Collaborate with teams to develop localized messaging and assets.
• Maximize lead conversion with Sales and SDR teams.
• Manage operational aspects like vendor relationships and logistics.
• Align with Partner Events Manager on co-marketing activations.
• Define and own KPIs for regional programs.
• Refine strategy using performance data and sales feedback.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in field marketing.
• Expertise in event and webinar management.
• Ability to run integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of demand generation principles.
• Analytical mindset for defining metrics and reporting.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, and Swoogo.
• Fluent in Dutch and professional English.
• Willingness to travel for events (30–40%).
