HR Experience Specialist - Remote

Overview

As an HR Experience Specialist at Deel, you will ensure compliance and manage HR operations in accordance with employment laws and regulations. You will support Employee of Records (EORs) and clients with HR-related inquiries while driving impactful HR projects.

In Short

• Manage compliance and HR operations for assigned countries.
• Process leave requests and administrative tasks for EORs.
• Audit and maintain HR knowledge in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support EORs and clients with HR-related questions.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for EORs.
• Collaborate on HR project management initiatives.
• Ensure quality of HR operations in assigned countries.
• Act as a subject matter expert for operational quality.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as an HR Specialist or similar role.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of UK labor laws and employment regulations.
• CIPD Level 3 HR certification required.
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
• International HR experience is a plus.
• Experience in start-up environments valued.
• Strong analytical skills to resolve HR issues.
• Data-driven approach to improve employee experience.
• Experience with JIRA, Zendesk, Slack is a plus.
