HR Experience Specialist - Remote

Overview

As an HR Experience Specialist at Deel, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance and managing HR operations in Germany, supporting a dynamic global workforce.

In Short

• Manage compliance and HR operations according to German employment laws.
• Process administrative tasks for Employee of Records (EORs).
• Audit and update HR-related knowledge in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support EORs and clients with HR-related inquiries.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for EORs.
• Collaborate on HR project management for mass onboarding initiatives.
• Ensure quality of HR operations in assigned countries.
• Act as a subject matter expert for operational quality.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as an HR Specialist managing the full employee lifecycle.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
• Knowledge of labor law and employment regulations in Germany.
• HR qualifications or certifications are a plus.
• International HR experience is advantageous.
• Experience in start-up environments is valued.
• Strong analytical skills to resolve HR issues.
• Data-driven approach to improve employee experience.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Zendesk, Slack is a plus.
