HR Experience Specialist - Remote

Overview

The HR Experience Specialist will be responsible for providing hands-on support throughout the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring that Deel's employees have a smooth, efficient, and positive experience across all HR processes.

• Manage compliance and HR operations in accordance with employment laws.
• Handle leave requests and administrative tasks for Employee of Records.
• Audit and maintain HR-related knowledge with stakeholders.
• Support EORs and clients with HR-related queries.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Collaborate on HR project management for mass initiatives.
• Ensure quality of HR operations in assigned countries.
• Act as subject matter expert for operational quality.
• Participate in ad hoc HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of HR Operations experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
• Knowledge of German labor law and employment regulations.
• HR qualifications or certifications are a plus.
• International HR experience is advantageous.
• Experience in startup environments is valued.
• Strong analytical skills to resolve HR issues.
• Data-driven approach to improve employee experience.
• Experience with JIRA, Zendesk, Slack is a plus.
