Overview

The HR Experience Specialist will be responsible for providing hands-on support throughout the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring that Deel's employees have a smooth, efficient, and positive experience across all HR processes.

In Short

  • Ensuring compliance and HR operations in their assigned country.
  • Managing leave requests and administrative tasks for Employee of Records (EORs).
  • Auditing and updating internal and external HR-related knowledge.
  • Providing support to EORs and clients for HR-related concerns.
  • Managing standard onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Collaborating on HR project management for mass onboarding and offboarding.
  • Ensuring the quality of HR operations in assigned countries.
  • Being the subject matter expert for operational quality.
  • Participating in projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience as an HR Specialist or similar role.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation.
  • Knowledge of Spanish labor law and employment regulations.
  • Experience with Risk Prevention and Health & Safety management.
  • Experience collaborating with staffing agencies and managing compliance processes.
  • HR qualifications or certifications are a valuable asset.
  • International HR experience in the EMEA region is a competitive advantage.
  • Experience in start-up environments is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
