• Draft and review various contracts including services and employment contracts.
• Provide legal advice to customers and employees.
• Work closely with business colleagues for legal solutions.
• Collaborate with legal colleagues on templates and guides.
• Act as the point of contact for Italy-related matters.
• Engage in various Italy-related projects.

Requirements

• Must be geographically based in Italy.
• Qualified to practice in Italy.
• 3-5 years of experience, preferably in cross-border employment law.
• Proactive, autonomous, and adaptable.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English.
