Overview

HCVT is seeking a skilled Legal Counsel to provide legal guidance and support across various operational areas, contributing to legal advisory, strategy, transactional management, and compliance.

• Provide strategic legal advice on contracts, compliance, and risk management.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing.
• 3-6 years of experience practicing law in-house or at a law firm.
• Experience as a transactional attorney preferred.
• Knowledge of CCPA, GDPR, and data privacy regulations preferred.
• Experience with professional services firms is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
