Overview

As an Administrative Assistant at HCVT, you will provide essential support to our Tax partners and manage various administrative tasks while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

In Short

  • Handle confidential records and reports.
  • Support Tax partners with scheduling and travel arrangements.
  • Perform general administrative tasks including correspondence and filing.
  • Arrange meals and maintain the office kitchen.
  • Compile and analyze data for reports and projects.
  • Maintain due date lists and follow up on deadlines.
  • Interact with clients and manage billing/invoices.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Coordinate special projects as assigned.
  • Work in a hybrid model with in-office and remote days.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Background in Legal, Financial or Accounting industries preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under pressure.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • High level of personal integrity and ethics.
  • Team player with initiative and a forward-thinking approach.
