Overview

Viseven Group is seeking a Legal Counsel to handle various corporate legal tasks, contract management, compliance, and legal advisory within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.

• Draft and review corporate documents and facilitate approvals.
• Manage trademark documentation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate finance-related agreements.
• Develop and monitor compliance programs.
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments.
• Provide legal advice on corporate law and regulatory matters.
• Liaise with regulators and external legal counsel.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations.
• Maintain corporate and compliance records.
• Support corporate governance and environmental matters.

Requirements

• University Degree in Law.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Understanding of document registry procedures.
• Knowledge of contract templates.
• Strong communication skills.
• Upper-Intermediate+/Advanced English.
• Fluent Ukrainian.
• Detail-oriented and results-driven.
• Curiosity and perseverance.
• Ability to act independently.
