As a Portfolio Customer Success Manager at Viseven Group, you will play a critical role in helping clients succeed with our SaaS platform eWizard, acting as a trusted advisor to drive adoption, satisfaction, and long-term value.

In Short

  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, guiding them through digital transformation efforts.
  • Offer expert advice on the whole portfolio of Viseven products and services.
  • Oversee initiatives across the portfolio, coordinating with internal teams.
  • Drive adoption of the platform and support the onboarding process.
  • Identify new opportunities and support the Sales team.
  • Perform regular status reviews and measure performance against KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong client engagement skills at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Project management capabilities focused on driving outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and digital transformation trends.
  • Comfort with data and KPIs, with analytical skills.
  • Fluent/Advanced English language skills.
